Vinit has a vast experience of 20 years in the Finance & Investments industry. Vinit serves on the Board of Niche Financial Services Pvt Ltd. (Niche), a NBFC registered with Reserve Bank of India and Trishakti Power Pvt. Ltd., executing 250 MW thermal power plant in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
He has worked with Benchmark Asset Management, an asset management company specializing in Passive Investment and Exchange Traded Fund (ETF). At Benchmark, he has worked in various aspects of investments such as compliance, investment management and portfolio management.
In addition, Vinit has also served on the board of India Capital Markets Pvt. Ltd., a stock market trading platform and provided other financial services namely portfolio management, investment banking, commodity broking services and depository participate with NSDL & CDSL. There, Vinit was handling the corporate finance, institutional business, and compliance committee.
Over a period of time, Vinit has also invested in start-ups in the field of Education, Food & Beverage, and Fintech. He is on the board of Eshiksa Technology Services Pvt. Ltd., which is an ed-tech start-up.
Vinit is a Charted Accountant (C.P.A) by profession.
