Jenifer is a Vice President at Makara Capital.

Since joining the firm in 2010, she has held various roles in the firm. Most recently she serves as part of the company’s compliance and legal department. In this capacity, she oversees the firm’s strategic relationships in Singapore, Turkey, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Her role allows her to cut across the different divisions of Makara Capital to help coordinate the firm’s products and services for its clients and investors.

Previously, Jenifer supported Makara Capital’s business development unit, supporting the private equity group, where she focused on strategy and business development. In this role, she was the head of investor relations and further managed external professional service providers for the firm. She also assisted in sourcing, reviewing and facilitating investment projects internationally across a variety of industries including infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology.

Jenifer holds a Masters in International Studies-International Economics with a public policy tilt, from The Graduate Institute (formerly Institut Universitaire de Hautes Etudes Internationales) in Geneva, Switzerland and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Summa Cum Laude) from University of San Diego.
